Issues with feeding paper

Purchased a case of this Staples brand paper because I have used it in the past with no issues and it is an excellent price. However I have have had nothing but problems with using this new paper in my Samsung laser printer now. Over half of all printing attempts end in failure as the paper will not feed through the printer. When I opened a ream of Hammermill paper and tried that the printer printed every time with no hesitation or issues at all. Needless to say I replaced all of the Staples paper with the Hammermill. Both types of paper are labeled as 20#. The only difference I see is that the Staples paper is 96 Bright and the Hammermill paper is 97 Bright. I can't honestly recommend this Staples brand paper anymore.
The paper is of good quality and works well with either computer printers fax machines and copy machines. It is bright in appearence and does not jam with any of my office or personal useage. I would reccommend this brand and weight of paper for any type or office or personal useage. The discounts for purchasing the two cases did help with the decision to purchase it from the local Staples store and not to order it from another vender that would have paid for the delevery. It was a good purchase and would do it again when needed.
Have not open the box. Waiting for rebate to show up. If not will return. At $102 for two case of printer paper is way over priced. With my rebate the final cost will be down to $18 for the two case of paper. Been using our local big chain warehouse Advantage printer paper for years at $24-28 a case. Stable will not allow naming of the other store.
Other stores offer INSTANT REBATES - but Staples sucked me into waiting forever then their own internal process got overloaded and rejected my submission. This is not WORLD-CLASS service. I won't fall for this come-on again.
This is a ream of paper. What more can be said? Well it looks like paper it feels like paper it wrinkles like paper it absorbs ink and pencil like paper it smells like paper all because it is paper. It does a perfect job of being paper. It came in a sturdy carton that well protected the individual reams. Each ream was nicely packed in its own individual package and the reams fit perfectly in the carton. The carton was easy to open and dispose of when not in use. All in all a superb product.
