Rebate of Staples Paper

I have been Staples business customer for 4 years and this item has me totally upset. I get an product offer email with a rebate so I purchase it with expectation of rebate. But multiple times I am told rebate is invalid and the rebate number is invalid. I contact the customer service this is correct. I resubmit but I get a post card telling me it is valid. I am not sure what happened to Staples - I am afraid of purchasing anything from Staples.

We use this paper for our Hewlett Packard home office printer. It has always been satisfactory.

great paper

Paper buy was great with a 39.00 rebate. However I had problems with rebate. They claimed it was an invalid rebate. Took paper back to store and was given a refund for the rebate. I had copies of all my rebate information and salesman offered to give me a refund for the paper or he would give me the rebate and I could keep the paper. I took the rebate and am now using the paper. Store was very courteous.

Good product

I've never used Staples paper before. I got this on sale and to be honest my expectations weren't very high because the rebate made it free. I was surprised to find it's good quality paper at least as good as what I was buying at a big box store. It works well in both of my printers and is adequate for all my needs. I would definitely buy it again even without the rebate.
