The product is great BUT the rebate is certainly not easy i am getting all kinds of run around why they won't rebate. I am still waiting for resolution if I don't hear soon I am going to local store manager for help

I been using Staples brand of paper for more than twenty year now. They sell many brand but Staples Copy and multi-purpose paper has is the best. For jam free performance and Duplex printing we have great luck with Staples brands

EXCELLENT PAPER FOR COPIER

The paper is excellent. But when I bought it there was a promise clearly written that you would get a rebate by being sent a Visa card. Well I called up and the person who answered gave me the numbers to apply for this discount which I did a few days later. The paper came right away when I least expected it as snow was promised for our area. The driver did a miraculous job. About a week after I applied for the rebate I was told it was an invalid application. Why? Who knows? They said something like the offer had expired. Why did they put it on the internet if it had already expired? Be careful with the promises of this company when they talk about rebates. They may just be promises without anything coming back to the buyer.

I prefer the Staples brand simply because the quality is great and the price is better.
