Quality has changed

We have been purchasing this paper for several years and have always been happy with the quality. Suddenly that has changed. The packaging changed along with the quality. The paper now jams in the copier often and what gets through wrinkles or creases. We will need to change to a different paper now.

Staples always stands behind their products and that is why I shop there. I find their "STAPLE" brand products work for me and when they didn't they exchanged them. Also when I'm unable to find what I wanted I have had good help on the floor. Best of all was the special price on this paper when I bought them on Sunday --

Very happy with the quality and texture of this paper. It was on special with an easy rebate which I applied for online. I am still waiting for my rebate check but it was more than worth the price. The other paper selling at Staples is expensive so I couldn't pass up the bargain. I think for all purpose copy paper this was and is the price we as consumers should pay. For everyday use I feel that this was a great deal and I was happy it was placed in the front of the store so I saw it as soon as I walk in the front door.

Cant go wrong with purchasing Staples paper it is more economic and good quality. Look out for coupons they make a difference.

I love staples. And when staples has a rebate sale I am there. Thank you staples for the multipurpose paper rebate. I love your paper. The weight is just right for everyday printing at home. However the ease in returning the rebate is what I like best. Many companies have difficult rebate procedures including cutting up the packaging to mail in the snippets of paper. Staples makes getting a rebate easy with online rebates and clear and east directions. Thank you again staples.
