Top Notch Product

Staples multipurpose paper is the brightest of all the products. It has never jammed and the edges stay flat. I have used it on 5 different printer/copiers and it prints extremely well on all of them both in color and black and white. I can print on both side and never have a problem. There does not appear to be a front or back side. When the packages are opened the paper does not dry out nor are any of the edges wrinkled. I have tried 4 other paper brands and over the past 5 years have always gone back to the Staples brand.

I went to shop for some paper and saw that the ream was on sale and on top of that there was a rebate which only made the deal better

I love purchasing my printer paper from Staples because I can rely on the quality of the product and the competitive pricing. I chair an annual auction at my church and need a full ream of paper to print up all the certificates descriptions of the items and the bid sheets. Each year I can count on Staples paper for good quality; the paper feeds through my printer properly without jamming (unlike some lesser quality paper I have purchased in the past). With my Staples reward card I can frequently gain special offers on the cost of the paper making it a wonderful bargain!

"Easy Rebate"? Hah!!

This ream of paper was supposed to come with an "easy rebate" via an e-mail link but the link doesn't work. The outside company that handles their rebate program can't help so I guess I will have to make a second trip to the store to sort this out or return the paper. (Maybe that was their "game" all along.). What they ought to do is give me the paper for free by way of apology for their error. We'll see if that happens--or if they monitor this site in hopes of learning how to improve their products and/or their customer service.

Excellent printing copy paper doesn't jam nice and thick enough for superior printing and copying. Best buy for the money! Highly recommended.

Its great that staples always offers a discount on paper . everytime i see a special going on I am inclined to buy. I only buy from Staples. Even if this particular case is not on sale there is always something that is. It helpful for us to have constant papers sales due to the fact that our office does alot of printing and we constantly need paper. I also love my account representative. He is very helpful in dealing with requests that are annoying to handle. For example If I try to return an item to the store and they tell me I cannot because it maybe came from the wearhouse I let my rep know and he takes care of it. One simple email and he takes care of it! Very pleased
