Paper is great! Delivery was Bad!

I love this paper! It is a brighter white than "regular" regular copy paper. So it looks crisper and higher end. HOWEVER the cases delivered to my office where all beat up the edges of many of the pages where bent. I was very disappointed!! I expected more from Staples especially when I pay a premium for nicer paper. I may or may not buy this paper again. If I do I will NOT have it delivered!!

YOUR ADS ARE EMAILED TO LATE IN THE DAY!

YOU EMAIL YOUR ADS OUT THE DAY OF THE AD LATE IN THE AFTERNOON. HERE IT IS 2:30 PM AND I LIVE 35 MILES FROM THE STORE. YOUR ADS AND SPECIAL ITEMS ARE NO GOOD IF A PERSON CAN'T GET THEM IN TIME TO USE THEM DURING THE SALE. I SUGGEST YOU EMAIL YOUR ADS WHILE WE ARE ASLEEP SO THAT WHEN WE AWAKEN AND CHECK EMAILS WE FIND YOUR GREAT OFFERS. THEN A PERSON WOULD HAVE TIME TO DRESS LINE OUT THE ERRORS THAT NEED TO BE RUN AT THE SAME TIME AS MAKING A WILD TRIP FOR ONE ITEM. SOMETIMES YOUR AD DOESN'T COME UNTIL AFTER THE STORES ARE CLOSED AND YET THE DATE IS UP. I LIVE IN THE COUNTRY AND I DON'T JUST DROP AND RUN TO TOWN. IT TAKES TIME TO GET THERE AND BACK AND DO THE NECESSARY ERRORS THAT ONE MUST MAKE WHEN ONE TRIP MAKES ALL. I LOVE YOUR STORE AND LIKE TO HIT THE BARGAINS BUT YOU DON'T MAKE THAT VERY EASY WITH SUCH A LIMITED TIME PERIOD AND LATENESS OF YOUR ADS. I DO HOPE YOU WILL WORK ON THIS AS I KNOW THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE THAT THIS WOULD HELP TOO. I AM SURE IF A SHOPPER GETS UP IN THE MORNING AND CHECKS THEIR EMAIL AND FINDS A BARGAIN BUT HAS TO WORK ALL DAY BUT THEY KNOW THAT THEY CAN HIT THE STORE AFTER WORK WOULD MUCH BE APPRECIATED. INSTEAD THAT SHOPPER GETS UP GOES TO WORK AND THEN HOME AND FINDS A AD FROM YOU AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO WANT TO GO BACK TO THE STORE. SO AS I SEE IT IT IS A WIN WIN SITUATION! GET US THE ADS SOONER OR MAKE THE VALUE DATE LONGER. THANKS!

Great Paper with Laser or Inkjet

Never found missformed pages of paper curls one way. But when printed to the correct side I get no paper feed jam. Use in our Duplexing Printers Fax Machine and Color Laser Printer. Great results. On sale you can not beet the price and quality.

I purchased this paper because I received a coupon for a discounted price. The salesperson said it did not come up right on the register but would result in a visa refund in the right amount if I submitted it on line. Low and behold the promo was not valid and I will now return the purchase. A waste of my time and a change from a happy relationship to one of a bit more wariness.

Consistently My Favorite Paper

I have been using this paper for the past three years. I attend grad school full-time and I am an avid couponer. The paper is bright and I never have problems with paper jams. Anyone who regularly buys 92% bright or lower will be amazed at the difference in this paper.
