Rebate receipt did not pront in store or via email. Tried to use reg upc number for online rebate request and was rejected. Will. Call cust service tomorrow to try to resolve or will return paper which would be a major pain. If a real person.reads this feel free to contact me.
Paper is paper what can you say? However the easy rebate stinks. I have been to the store twice to get this straightened out and still no rebate. The online easy rebate stinks. I believe the problem is the reciept given to me at the store. the rebate slip was not there I was told that all the information I needed was there. It didn't work went back to the store and they told me the rebate offer number was on the paper printed out and given to me by the manager. Submitted the easy rebate and the email I received said it was incorrect. Did not say what information. I am ready to take the paper back for a refund. I am ready to buy my supplies elsewhere this is too big a hassle. I know one unhappy customer will not affect your store but is affecting me.
I try to help by getting email reciepts. go directly to store with coupon. The coupon was $.01 off. Spend over $50. Come home for simple rebate. DO online. doesnt go through. Spend 10 minutes going through voice prompts on your 800 number untill I finally reach someone. We go through it again and it says I did good Everything successful. Get email that says Congrats. A few days later I get Email that says NO Rebate do to missing something. And there is NO response available with that Email and NO 800 number on email either. Then go through 13 minutes of prompts extensions with no music or voice total junk for prompts that have nothing to do with the circumstrance of the problem the email stated. I really don't know if the rebate is really coming. Every employee and of course management should have to dial your 800 number and find a way through.
We've tried many brands and my office staff likes this one the best because there's no chaff the paper doesn't stick together and it doesn't jam the machine. My office uses 6-7 cases per year. Paper has gotten ridiculously expensive so I really appreciate Staples frequent sale on this paper.
While deopping of a printing order I noticed a display for buy 2 get one free on the paper. Seeking to take advantage of this great offer I loaded the three reams into my cart and proceeded to the checkout. On my way to the register I noticed several other displays holding different styles of paper i.e. extra bright three hole etc. These were located at least three ailes from the paper aisle and weren't near the top of the aisle. While the distance wasn't a major obstacle the weight of un;oading and reloading te heavy reams could have been an impediment to some. Why not place several varities of paper at each display?
