It's Paper

At the prices I am getting this paper for I can't complain one bit. However if I were paying straight retail prices I would be a bit unhappy simply from the fact that the paper has a tendency to curl towards the middle of the paper for some reason. Not all packs seem to do it and certainly not paper from every company but it does get pretty frustrating when I am trying to print out 100 page at a time. If I happen to walk away for too long sometimes the paper curled up enough that it starts to push the other pages out of my printer which I'm less than happy with. Like I said with the deals that staples is giving out for their paper I am quite happy.
The paper was fine but the coupon and rebate process on this one have been terrible. I have used coupons and obtained the rebates before but this time it hasn't worked yet. First there was no printout of the rebate receipt for this case of paper. I had to go back to the store to get it. The store had to call customer service to get the number so I could apply for the rebate online. Then i go home and use that number and fill out the information as I did for another rebate (for a free ream of paper) at the same time. I get my confirmation and then i get an email from Staples that the rebate didn't work because I did not "submit all the required products". I send an email explaining what happened and I get no response. Then maybe a week or 2 later I get a postcard from Staples saying the same thing about not submitting all the products. Then I submit a copy of my original receipt showing the coupon and rebate info a copy of my confirmation for the rebate and the original post card sent to me as requested. I'm waiting to see if I get my rebate of over $40. I'm very disappointed with this lack of customer service and response. I have had no such problems before and the problems started in this case due to Staples' error in not printing the rebate offer receipt in the first place. I have done everything I was supposed and then some.
I really like you copy paper it is as good a brand as the more expensive papers .I use it for my fax and printer in the computer Even the wrapping is quite strong so I can leave extra paper in in without it bending
This is a great price for a basic paper that meets all but most demanding publishing requirements. It is available at a price that makes it hard to not accept unless you are looking for some special quality and are willing to pay more for it.
I think that it is very bed for Staples or any company to false advertise a price for a product and than say AFTER REBATE. You have to pay the regular price and than wait 4 weeks to get your money back. This is stupid and I will never do it again. I am sorry but I will not be buying anything elese from Staples or any other store that has a rebate on a product or service they sell. If the rebate is not taken off the price at the register I will leave it and go elsewhere to get it.
