Staples Multipurpose Paper

The Staples Multipurpose Paper has the ability to not fade when storing for an extended time after printing. The weight works well with all the printers that we use through out the company. The brightness (96 bright) creates a perfect contrast for business documents. The pricing is very favorable to other vendors that our company uses.

Case of 10 reams of white 8 1/2

I've used Staples brand of white copy paper for many years. The biggest change has been the grade of paper. At one time we wanted to avoid 16# paper as it was just too thin to go through the copier smoothly. Plus if you wanted to do two-sided printing 16# paper simply was not usable. The whiteness has also increased immensely. Now the 20# paper is standard; I don't think 16# paper is even available anymore. It's not uncommon for these cases to be on sale for 50% off. At that price it's crazy not to buy - even if you don't need the paper at that moment. Of course if buying the case of paper doesn't allow you to purchase milk for your family or gas for your vehicle you should postpone the purchase of the case of paper. It is great paper to use and runs smoothly through our printers. Thanks!

This works well in my home computer and one at church. I buy it several times a year when it is a great price with rebates and rewards. I donate what I or my adult children's families don't need to my church local public school or my grandchildren's schools. I also look for half-price deals on colored printing paper and buy it to donate to the same people. Sometimes I pull out some of assorted colors put it in gallon plastic bags to give to my grandchildren or other children as gifts. They are thrilled with a gift 50 colored sheets that only cost me 50 cents. I have heard that teachers even in public schools do not receive all the supplies they need and subsequently personally spend $3000 on average out of their pocket to meet their student's needs. My church has partnered with our local public schools to provide extra supplies including boxes of paper.

I shop at Staples store in Portage Wisconsin at least once a week. I work at a private school in town. I experienced ordering something online and having it delivered to the Portage store which went very smoothly. I ran to the store in a terrible rain storm and only took information I needed to pick up the supplies. When I got in the store they told me I had to have proof (drivers license or something with my picture on it). I had to go all the way back to the school to get my drivers license because I have never needed my purse in there before. Needless to say I was very upset because it was raining so hard and I got back to work with no supplies. I am over 63 years old and I wish that just one person there would offer to carry the case of paper out for me but I always have to ask for help and then wait around for someone to do that.
