The paper is super but you service honor is a failure. I purchased a box recently followed the directions or thought I did only to be notified that I failed. This is the last time I will buy for a discount unless it is at the cash register!

I tend to purchase the Staples Multiplepurpose Paper for use by my granddaughter -the Elementary School Teacher. This case is a bargin with the number of reams of paper and serves her well!.
