Good stuff

Staples paper is as good as any brand. It works perfectly in any and all my printers no problems at all. It has good thickness and does not cause paper jams or other related problems. The brightness of the white is excellent and is sufficient for printing documents color presentations resumes cover letters business plans executive reports and anything else that might require a high quality sheet of paper. I would definitely recommend this paper as it performs superbly.

I just purchased the Staples Multipurpose Paper 8 1/2 x 11 ream. This paper is as good as any other brand I have tried and the price was just what I was looking for. I use a lot of paper for such things as church activities crafts for my grandchildren and church children personal and fundraising needs. I have used this paper in the past and will continue to purchase it in the future. I would totally recommend anyone using the Staples Multipurpose Paper for anything from school to office needs.

Simple basic paper for everyday printing. I use it with my laserjet printer and it works just fine.

Great Paper

I really like this paper. It holds up well to any kind of ink I throw at it. I have used it to print out high resolution images and it holds the color well with good definition. The price point on this paper is great! Its a great value for my dollar. Being a small business owner that is important to me.

Product is fine but refund is NOT easy.

We bought this product because of the sale price in the form of a refund. "Easy refund" was the promise. We purchased 4 at full price. We got home and found a separate form needed filling out for each of the four and all four needed to be mailed separately (four forms four envelopes four stamps - really cuts into the amount getting back). After completing everything required I received an email that we didn't qualify for refund. Went to store in person and they found that the offer code on my receipt was not correct. The manager called someone and supposedly squared it away. About a week later I receive a letter by mail that we do not qualify for refund. So now I'm assuming we will not get the refund. We paid full price for paper plus cost of envelopes stamps and an extra trip to store. Your refunds stink and are not easy. I will never buy again because of refund offer. Product is fine customer service has much to be desired.
