Quality Control Old Boxes from Warehouse

I received two boxes of the three that I expected. Both Boxes of Paper were in very bad condition. I have never seen such quality from Staples in all of the years I have been with your company. I called to request that the two boxes of bad paper be returned and that three new boxes of paper in new condition be sent instead. I hope to receive the 3 boxes in good condition today. Two UPS delivered the two boxes and they stated that the third box did not appear to be in their truck. Was there a warehouse or store in La Mirada that closed or something. There was a label on the toner indicating the origination of La Mirada Ca. This quality is not up to Staples reputation. I was disapointed.

Good Basic Paper

This is a good basic paper it is heavy enough not to feel to cheapso you can use it for just about any purpose. It's not heavy enough for card stock but certainly good enough for reports etc....I always wait for it to go on sale. Every few weeks Staples has these 5 packs on sale and then sometime during the week they will issue a coupon that you can combine with a rebate to get it for almost free. The five pack is good as it is a good suppy to keep you well stocked for awhile but no so much that you have no place to keep it.

Staples multipurpose paper is very similar to name brand paper. It works and looks good. No jams.

This is good quality paper for most uses. It works well for printed or hand written messages drawings and many other art projects. It also makes a good economical present that I know is needed and will be appreciated by friends teachers and students of all ages. Even grandparents small children and their parents appreciate the gift of "my own paper." Include a few stamps and /or envelopes to encourage "REAL MAIL" communication. Many people of all ages still appreciate receiving greetings and "homemade" treasures that can be held in their hands and reviewed or shared without an electronic device.
