Easy rebate not so easy.

Easy rebate rejected because they could not verify the online purchase. Resubmitted easy rebate and contacted customer service who stated they would contact me with in 48 hours. That was 6 days ago and still no response. Previous easy rebates worked but not this time. Very dissapointed because wasted so much time. I think I will return item to store.
