I don't understand when the paper is delivered the wrapping paper of each ream is so thin that it tears and some of the paper is so wrinkled that when it goes through the copy machine it jams. The wrinkled paper has to be thrown out and that is a loss of paper and money. When purchasing the paper at the store it is wrapped in a nice sort of plastic wrap and it keeps the paper nice and wrinkle free. When I go to the Staple store there is only one or two reams of paper that is 8.5" x 14" blue paper on the shelf. When asked if there is any more the standard answer is "I don't think so".
