The paper and envelopes I chose were part of the ‘buy2 get 1 free’ promotion. I purchased 2 packs of paper and got 1 additional for free; I purchased 4 packs of envelopes but only got 1 additional for free as there was no more inventory. The store said there was no way to compensate me for the extra free package of envelopes I was entitled to. The sales associates were nice about it but I feel that Staples should have some kind of protocol for taking care of this kind of situation. An IOU? A credit towards my next purchase? But the paper I purchased is very nice and will suit my needs fine.

It’s a standard self inking stamper. Only wish I’d realized it isn’t easily refilled. I didn’t think to ask that question when I ordered; when I did at pick up the staff person said most people just order a new one as it is very difficult to remove case.

I was confused by the name (I was looking for the 'Staples' paper that was on sale & didn't know it was now interchangeable with 'Tru Red'). It was at the same sale price and is just as good as 'Staples' paper. I'm happy with it. Give it a try!
