Good but not able to call exceptional. I find that the printer is usually more critical than the paper. However in this case I had little "Basis of Comparison". No jamming or feed problems. I would be interested in survey results form others?

Over the past two weeks I have been to Staples with problems with a printer our church bought at Staples. Jay an employee at the store took back unopened colored ink we had not used and exchanged it for black toner which we are using . He was there to help carry out the paper I bought for the church. Jay did all of this with great kindness. I have raved about the service at Staples. I will continue to go to Staples and recommend it to my friends. As an 80 year old personal service is very important.
