The covering of each 500 sheets are torn in the box during the delivery. I would have picked it up if I knew the lack of protection.

I bought this brand of paper because it was the least expensive. However one of the pages was wrinkled. Then another. Then a third out approximately 50 printed pages. I returned the remainder of the package to the store and they exchanged it for a new package of the same brand paper. They offered to refund my purchase. When I asked the clerks they said nobody else has reported wrinkled pages. Therefore I just figured I picked a bad package and would give this brand another try.
