Someone bought on-sale cheap paper and it was jamming on every print job effectively stopping all printing before the first page. We wondered whether our office-quality printer was defective. However before spending time and money on a printer repair we went to Staples to purchase some HP inkjet paper. HP’s paper has always been a beautiful in our printer. We saw that this Tru Red paper was on a screaming deal. It was 20 lb. paper designed for printers (not “multipurpose”). So we tried a ream to see whether it would be as good as the HP inkjet. First print job no problem at all. No problem with the next dozen print jobs. We are thrilled and will go back for a case of Tru Red printer paper.
