The product was not available in the store because it was out of stock. The service representative was extremely efficient and willing to offer that she could order it on-line for me and that it would be delivered to me the next day. And....low and behold it arrived the very next day in the very early afternoon!!!!! Now that's what I call service !!!! Thank you very much.

These tickets were not perforated. So we were lost money at our event because no one want the hassle of ripping or cutting these tickets. Very unhappy with this product.
