Tickets were sticky too far around the roll and lost about 100 tickets. However Staples gave us some money back. After that they were good. The only other complaint is the numbers were in descending order not ascending - a little confusing. Loved the double roll - useful fir our purposes.

A roll of tickets is not by far glamorous. However the service provide by a young man at Staples was exemplary. I called the store 9 miles away to ensure that they had the roll of tickets only 20 minutes to close the store. He say yes! I insisted to check it out at the isle He understood I wanted certainty and he did it. When I arrived at the store and went to pay for the roll he asked me if I had called previously. I realized he was the person I spoke with and thanked him for assisting me. Great job at Port Chester store.

The paper was very thin. The glue that should have only held the first few tickets was on multiple layers so we lost lost of individual tickets from the roll. The perforations were not done very well do they did not rip easily. Out of the 65 tickets I needed I probably had to throw away an additional 30. Had I not needed it that night I would have returned the roll.
