You get what you pay for. The little accessories compartment is useless. It is not staying closed when you open the lid to access your files. Every time all your small things are falling out. I put some velcro on it to keep it closed.

The tote will fill the bill for carrying files but I’m not sure if the accessories compartment — a nice convenience in the lid — will stay closed when the lid is opened. The latch seems not as secure as it should be.
