Don't use the handle to pick it up. It broke off not one but two totes. Staples did replace them. The catch on one also brok off..again they replaced it. Do not buy this product. Go find something else if you truly need it to be portable. I changed to a sample case.

works very well to keep church financials in. The top lid that keeps pencils etc handy has a tendency to flip open when the whole lid is opened but since I don't keep my pencils there it doesn't really matter.

Only 5 inches deep so holds about 20 hanging files. Perfect for my 4 hanging files of sheet music for 4 instruments. Great single flip up latch. Much easier size to deal with than the standard size. Liked it so much I went back and bought another!
