These must be popular because they were out of stock for several weeks. I grabbed the last one from my local store...not surprising as they are the perfect size for a project like taxes or similar project files. Works as anticipated without buying a full sized file box. A nice feature is It's made to hold hanging file folders has a little shelf to accommodate the hooks.

Not happy with this one. The clip handle that keeps the lid secure pops off every time you open it. Super annoying. Then you have to reinstall the latch again. Wont be long before these little tabs break off and that will be the end of it.

This file box is small enough to be very portable and is well made. My intent is to use for temporary files that I use frequently. I intended to buy another but they were not available in the Staples store that I visited and I have not been able to find one on the Staples web site.

The latch could be better and the tray on the top isn’t really very useful for anothing other than a few paper clips but the file box is the right size for my needs and apparently sturdy enough to last as long as I will need it. They certainly aren’t making them as well as they used to. I have a file box of the same dimensions that I purchased probably 15 years ago that is much better constructed and out of much stronger plastic. But now there aren’t other choices for this smaller size. So this will do.
