Dents fairly easy. Have to make sure wheels don't land in the same space or you have to roll out of the dent. These mats will never be as firm as a floor so it works well enough.

I bought this as a replacement for the previous one which cracked and failed after one year. I think the plastic dries out and then it's no good. But I needed it so I got another. One thing to beware of: the cleats on the bottom are VERY SHARP and will rip and tear your skin. Try to get someone to help you carry it. I was bleeding in several places after moving it.

I bought the chair mat to replace one that was larger and had yellowed over the years. The size is smaller which is fine for the chair that I have. The only complaint I have is that because the mat is slightly thinner than the one I replaced and so the chair wheels leave an indentation on the mat after sitting on it and sometimes a little difficult to move. Otherwise appearance and quality is fine for the price.

How could I get excited about a floor mat? But this is exactly what I ordered and I'm very happy with it. If you need a floor mat for a hard floor this will work for you.

Product description did not match performance. It was described as being hard enough to not get any dents when in use. This is not the case.
