Dear Staples I bought this about two weeks ago and it was delivered about a week ago. It has so many divits in it from my chair with wheels that I also bought at Staples about a month ago. I am hoping to return it when it safer to go into the store. I cannot believe it has not even lasted a week or so. I am upset and extremely disappointed as I need this for my office. I cannot buy a bigger one as my office and desk are on the small side.

So far the carpet protector is doing fine. How long it will last is anyone's guess but I think it will be fine for my use. For now glad I bought it and the price was very reasonable.

The size is perfect but I should have ordered a mat that was a bit thicker or stronger. Although it allows me to roll on my chair across the carpet it is still making small divots in the carpet. My other mat doesn’t do that.

it's a pretty good product. The only thing that i dislike is that it kind of weak and after a few minutes sitting in my chair it develops divots under the wheels that sink down into my carpet making it hard to move on the wheels of my chair. After I get up it takes about 30 minutes for the mat to rebound to flat again.
