The size of the mat is adequate but the vinyl surface is a bit too soft. I weigh just a little over 200 pounds but the chair casters dig into the mat and create little indentations making it somewhat difficult to move the chair around smoothly needing to rock back and forth in the chair to move the casters out of the indentations.

This mat needs another mat the same thickness to make it usable. Just too thin for my chair and me to be on it at the same time. When I try to move around on the mat I have to get it out of the 5 chair rollers out of its divit.

What can I say about a chair mat other than it is a must on carpet for easy movement. Mats is of good quality and should stand up against the daily workout I will give it.
