Product bore a stick-on adhesive label that was extremely difficult to remove. Acetone (fingernail polish remover) didn't work. I finally had to resort to an industrial solvent that I use on farm equipment to remove all traces of glue. Product while it seems suitable for light-duty use is very fragile. I accidentially hit a corner of the product against the edge of a desk -- with only light-to-moderate force and an area about the size of a fifty-cent piece fractured on the rounded top corner of mat.
I have hard wood floor and use the mat at my computer desk. The only complaint I have is the mat is not big enough and the chair always rolls off the mat. End up buying another larger mat and put this one at my son's desk where he does not have a rolling chair.
So far so good. Have only had a couple of weeks but it seems to serve the purpose for which it was made. The test will be after a couple of months to see if it will crack or discolor
