I returned this item because of poor performance on carpet with 1/2" padding. I have five "dual wheel" casters on the chair.

The mat movers on my office carpet

The mat moves on theoffice carpet because there is no spikes on the back side thereof. We have to re-aline the mat each morning.

No instructions. Difficult to unroll out of the box. They don't tell you how to make it lay flat ? Put it outside in the sun and that seemed to help.

Thickness is wholly inadequate for use. Divots easily on shortest carpet. It is just a bit small for even home use. The next size up is a lot more money but this product is not even worth what I paid. Junk.
