Chair wheels penetrate quickly . wheels also catch on edge of mat using a Staples purchased chair .

Cost worth saving flooring wear

Hard to comment on durability and discoloration when only been in possession of less than a week. Seems to be good for the money. Flimsy but not like it's cheaply made. Seems to be a good product if you're concerned about saving flooring wear and tear.
