Bad packaging

This mat is rolled up and taped with packing tape that has very sticky adhesive that does not come off when the tape is removed(which does not come off easily either). So you are left with a sticky mess on the mat which then attracts dirt. You have to take goo-gone to get off the adhesive then a solvent to remove the goo-gone. So a 30-second job to lay a mat takes 15 minutes. Ever heard of binder twine?

Very thin small and expensive. I'm not sure when floormats became so expensive but I needed one right away.

Great Chair Mat

We purchased this item to put in a sales office with very low matte carpet but mostly to protect the carpet and for the desk chair to roll more easily! It works great and was a good price. Fit our need perfectly! We have not had them very long so can't comment on crack resistence or discoloring!

After seeing the damage done to hardwood floors without having a chairmat I wanted a chairmat as soon as my new hardwood floor was installed. This chairmat does protect my floor where my chair sits but it does slide around somewhat.
