The quality of the chair mat was poor. I returned it. I just had my coaster chair sitting on it for a few days and it already had indents.

I received the mat as scheduled. However the delivery man just handed it to me with out a box of any kind. After putting the mat on the floor I noticed it was filthy and had several areas of tape residue. I had to thoroughly clean it with GooGone and spray cleaner.

Received this mat in no packaging. Driver handed it to me just like he had just pulled it off the floor. Performance wise this mat is good but the Staples Sticker and the delivery sticker were both stuck to the mat itself. The stickers did not pull off cleanly so I now have a brand new ugly mat at my new office desk. I should not have to scrub a brand new product free of all the glue and paper that is now stuck to it and is holding all the dirt.
