I have Berber carpet and the wheels on the chair still sink in too much and it makes it hard to move the chair. It leaves indentions in the mat. I guess I need a hard plastic one.

I think it's probably a good product but it doesn't work well on my carpet. My chair doesn't roll easy like it did with the solid plastic mat. I'm making it work but will replace when I can.
