The delivery driver left it in a way where there was a bend in the plastic that could not be unbent by putting something heavy on it. Set it out in the sun and it eventually went back into shape and works very well. Not sure how to fix the problem but I gave you the solution.

It is to thin for my home office with 5/8"pad and carpet on top of that. It would be great in a commercial office with a concrete floor like in your store.
