I have had previous chair mats (same size) that were a heavier thicker plastic. I am finding this one to be lighter than expected and chair impressions form more quickly than preiously.

Having purchased the thinner mat previously which only lasted a couple months this mat seams to be more of the “medium” grade quality and should outlast the thinner product by several months. This mat is of great quality and considering the total combined weight of user and chair is approximately 200 lbs it appears to have great lifespan potential.

You delivered the correct item but it had a giant "54" written on it in permanent marker! I tried to scrub it off but the ink wouldn't budge. How ridiculous that I your customer would be required to remove writing from a BRAND NEW floor mat. You should be embarrassed that you delivered this to our office. The next one had better be in pristine condition.

Began cracking at 6 months continued to worsen until it was unusable at 9 months. Shortest-lived mat I've ever had by far. Will not buy one of these from Staples again. With their return policy I'm stuck with the loss.
