This is my 2nd chair mat of this exact model in the last year. I installed original in March of 20 on flat pile carpet in home office. Cracks started in November on where the wheels. Glad the price point is so low. Will probably look for thicker more durable mat.

Too flimsy; already getting wheels making indents in the mat. Nothing in material about the the mat indicated that a 50 lb chair (purchased from Staples) sat in by an average adult would create dents in the mat.

Nice LARGE thick mat! First one came in damaged but Staples QUICKLY replaced it (2 days). Works well on short shag carpet. I'm 200 lbs and my chair rolls smoothly without sinking it. I've had cheaper thinner mats that didn't work well. I would recommend this mat to others.. Good product value.

While this chair mat does provide coverage to prevent carpet wear my chair wheels create impressions in the mat and it makes it difficult to roll around easily. I'm not that overweight and it seems this mat should either be thicker or more durable so the wheels of my chair don't get stuck.
