it's a pretty good product. The only thing that i dislike is that it kind of weak and after a few minutes sitting in my chair it develops divots under the wheels that sink down into my carpet making it hard to move on the wheels of my chair. After I get up it takes about 30 minutes for the mat to rebound to flat again.

This mat is not working for me like my last 2 have. The prickly side is less effective than my previous ones. It does say that it is for flat pile carpet. It walks on my carpet so I guess my carpet is too thick. I bought it because it was the only one available at Staples. I need a sturdier mat. It probably works fine if you have really flat carpet.

A lot better than trying to roll right on the carpet but after sitting it one spot a while it does allow the casters to sink enough that it takes a little effort to move again to get it out of the "ruts" After you move then the mat will eventually flatten out again. Overall I'm happy with it. I do like the fact that it is made in USA.
