The chair mat fits within the desk area that I have set up. My chair wheels don't get stuck and are easy to roll around on the mat. It was easy to unbox and unroll. You do have to let it sit out for at least 48 hours 24 hours to be able to unroll it and another 24 to lay it flat. It is light and easy to move around.
