As other reviews have noted it is thinner than some mats which makes it a little harder for the chair wheels to move. Our carpet is low pile so not a big issue. We have only been using this for a few days so time will tell how durable it is.

This may dents very easily. One day of use already has potholes. So the chair wheels fall into the holes (dents) not impressed for the cost

Through the years I have bought a series of these mats from Staples. Initially they work fine but usually after about 6 months of daily use they start to crack and become brittle.
