The mat is not laying flat on the carpet one corner is rippled and looks like a small mountain. I have to put something heavy on it to keep it flat

Not suitable for many residential carpets or medium or thicker commercial carpets. 2" double-wheel castors dent the surface. That's fine if you don't want your chair to roll around. (??)

This was convenient! I stopped by the post office to pick this up & the mat itself had a shipping label on it so...NO UNBOXING HERE! I got it home and laid it in the floor next to the dinner table to flatten it out...and the cat got on the carpet protector mat...AND LOVES IT!!! I'm hoping to get it in fron of the desk...EVENTUALLY!!! But the cat and I LOVE this and I'm STILL ASTONISHED at the low price!!!!

I guess it's ok for the money but I've had better very thin and chair wheels make deep grooves and get stuck won't be long before it rips ok maybe on hard floor but not good on carpet
