Return window is only 14 days and this thing is a peice of trash. It has more than a dozen cracks in it and I've owned it for five months. It will slowly shift over time (not a dealbreaker but not great) but will also crack constantly. My last mat lasted me years before throwing in the towel. This thing didn't even last three months before it started cracking. Buy something else to protect your carpet from rolling wheels.

Material is not beefy enough so the chair sinks in and then you have to stand up to move the chair. Material should be harder plastic. or I guess I could be lighter. Sorry now that I bought it. But it's too late. I own it.
