The floor mat in our den is a good buy. Our carpet is thick so it does leave an indentation but it recovers after we leave. Value is good for the price.

I bought this mat one year ago to the date. Today as soon as I sat down in my chair I heard a loud pop noise. When I looked down the mat cracked. This will not be a long lasting mat. I've had no issues with it until now. I would not buy this item again.

I'm using this on a very short pile carpet but within the first three or four hours of using it my chair had already created two indentations where the wheels were and it has not recovered. This is not made of good material and I would recommend something that's a little more thick and resilient
