Instead of allowing the chair to glide across the mat it would form pockets and trap the rollers. It was rated for short nap carpet.

When we received the mat it was rolled in a box. It was very hard to unroll and after 1 week the edges are still curled. I put some heat with a hair dryer on the edges and the weighted them and it seemed to help. Seems like if it was rolled the opposite way in the box it may be better.

The size and quality is good...THE BUT...the wheels on the chair sink into the plastic and cause a dimple which then makes it harder to move chair. The dimples do go away once there is no weight on the chair.
