I use it on a berber carpet and it grips fine and stays there. However it only lasts a couple of years and cracks all over. Not terribly durable. I don't know what "limited lifetime warranty" means.

I bought in January 2022 and it is now August 2022. The mat constantly moves there are depressions in it where the wheels go and it has already cracked in multiple spots. If you are buying this for every day home office use I would not recommend.
