It's fine for me. Just the right size the chair rolls easily over the mat. No complaints.

Haven't had mat long 3 wks but it seems more substantial than previous fold-in-half mat which proved brittle and cracked and broke after use.

Good product without paying the higher price for thicker pads. Works well on thinner carpeting would not be as good on plusher types.
