This is an office chair mat on a plush carpet. Works well so far; just not sure how durable it will be. Thinner mats have cracked on this carpet.

Mat is too soft five wheel chair sinks down into the mat. Bevel sides will not allow chair to return to the mat unless the chair is lifted up. I have had better products for less money from your competitors I am totally displeased Bayle Ryan

This chair mat is working out great. Most of all I really appreciated the Staples instructions on how to purchase the correct chair mat for the type of carpeting in your office. The measurement with the paperclip worked out Great!! Thanks for the HELP! I can only hope that this chair mat will not crack for I feel I have done everything to order the correct one.

This mat lasts and lasts and lasts talk about the energizer bunny! I have two back ups of it but who needs them the first one I purchased has lasted years. I am overweight and I have never found a mat that handles my weight and a desk chair on carpet like this mat. I work at my desk daily and all the other mats I've tried have broken within a year. I am sold!

Does not stay in place under the rolling chair. Will not grip to the rug.Creeps to the edge of the desk and rolls up on the side and then will not flatten when it is moved away from the desk. Looks like the wheels of the chair will go through the fabric before long.

not for plush carpeted surface

Plastic not strong enough. Chair wheels create wells or indentations in mat and make wheeling across the mat very difficult. Had to replace after 1 week of use!

What a surprise

I have just recarpeted the office with a fairly low pile carpet and standard padding. Approx ½" deep overall. In order to protect the carpet from my office chair I purchased this chair mat. After unrolling it it took about 2 days to flatten out and gave off a lot of fumes. Overnight my 5 legged office chair makes 5 shallow dents in the mat. When I sit in the chair for a while the mat developes fairly deep dents that require effort to roll out of. I weigh 230#. I feel that a mat that is this expensive should not be this weak.
