The floor protector is a thinner plastic but does what it is suppose to. You can see the indentation of the office chair but it is protecting the floor.

Sorry didn't use as chair mat. Works great upside down to keep cats off the furniture! I cut it to fit the pieces I need to keep the animals off. I works get looks better than foil!

It is an inexpensive floor mat to protect the carpet and also to allow the chair to roll more easily

The mat sinks into the carpet leaving wells that the wheels on the chair sinks into. Extremely difficult to roll over. I can't think of any other way to describe it...I would say it is only good on hard surface floors not carpeting.

Large and sturdy...

These mats are pretty sturdy and plenty big. They're billed as "limited lifetime warranty" and I had one that developed cracks. Staples replaced it and I now have a new one.
