ask them to take off the sticker

Pleased with the product. However it took me several hours to find the right type of glue remover to take off glue holding the plastic slip that held a receipt. Why glue that onto the mat? I could have gone to the store and bought a mat instead of online and saved a few hours and the cost of the glue remover. Very disappointed.

Really like the fact that this one does NOT have those "dangerous-spikes" underneath to hold the mat in place; instead they are smaller/shorter & not like daggers- more rounded flat-shaped edges. It's a little smaller than my old one but not as heavy. Fits very nice in front of my desktop PC. Very smooth & shiny surface. A good price. Hopefully I'll get many years of use with this one as I had with my old mat.

I bought the matt to put in my carpeted office room...it's just too thin for a 200 LB guy...already cracking after 2 months or so...needed a bigger mat.

Before purchasing this chair mat I put small area rugs in front of each computer at my tutoring center. The rugs would get bunched up and dirty quickly. Now every computer station has a Staples Chair mat. Easy to clean stays in place -- a world of difference!

The chair mat is soft enough to indent from the casters. Makes sliding movement over the mat hard...have to push instead of gliding to move. Should have considered the harder acrylic chair mat.

Good floor protector. Works very well on a carpet. Lets desk chair move more easily. Not so good on hardwood floor because of the little points on the underside. This is a lot less expensive that most of the name brands and may be slightly smaller but the quality is just as good.
