The grips are not sharp like they used to be. Much easier (and less painful) to work with.

Nice with some glickes

Nice and shiny but we can't get the folds out. Even after several weeks of sitting on it and rolling our chair on it it still has folds in it. I would recommend this with the pretense that the person my not get the folds out.
