Even though my office chair has large rollers and the chair mat had the highest rating for resisting indentations on carpet this mat does not adequately resist indentation.

Too soft for use on carpet. Wheels leave dents front bunches up against middle wheel of desk.

Perfectly suits my needs

I have a medium high pile (sort of like shag) carpeting where my desk and chair are. This mat is the perfect size so I can roll in my chair over to my filing cabinet from my desk with ease! The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it came with this REALLY sticky residue tape securing it closed in the box that I am struggling to get off completely. Dirt and items stick to it. I have used Goo Gone and other products and still it won't come off! If it weren't for that it would be 5 stars for sure!

I've used a mat like this for years and it's a great product. It arrived by UPS quickly and was easy to lay down since it was not tightly curled up like other products have been.

I bought this to replace a chair mat that was quite old and falling apart. But this seems smaller and cheaper. Not that happy with it.

Plastic is not thick enough for high pile carpet and is there is no lip.
