I was disappointed in how the mat was delivered. It was not rolled. There were numerous scratches on it. We measured and thought that the longer side was under the desk not the mat. It serves it's purpose but d.oes not do as good a job as we hoped

Not as good as before

This chair mat is not as thick or as hard plastic as the previous one that I had for 10 years. The chair wheels leave dimples in the plastic which the chair keeps rolling into. This is designed for carpet with little nubs to keep the mat from sliding they dont do the trick. The mat still slides on the carpet although not as fast as the ones designed for floors.
